Delivery cost is £4.50 for most items. If you are purchasing a large item please contact me first for a quote. You can also collect your order if you live local to me in Coatbridge.

Specific handmade bespoke orders will be available immediately and others will be dispatched within 4 weeks. Please remember to check these timescales suit you before you order. All other orders will be dispatched within 7 working days.

Hopefully you will not have a problem with your order however if your order is faulty or damaged on arrival we will offer a full refund. If the parcel has been damaged please contact us immediately at info@prettypastels.co.uk to allow us to submit a claim.
